How do I get my license key after purchasing?
Gumroad automatically emails your license key immediately after purchase. Check the email you used at checkout. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check spam. Still stuck? Email support@exportkitpro.com and we'll sort it out.
How do I activate my license inside Fusion 360?
Open the ExportKit Pro dialog in Fusion, scroll to the License section at the bottom, click "Activate / Manage License", paste your key, and click Activate. Requires an internet connection. Takes a few seconds.
Does the free trial have any limitations?
The free trial allows up to 30 file exports with full functionality — all formats, incremental mode, and progress tracking included. No registration or credit card required. After 30 exports a license is required to continue.
What Fusion 360 license do I need?
STEP, Fusion Archive, USD, and PDF work on all Fusion 360 license tiers including the free personal license. IGES, SAT, and SMT require a paid Autodesk Fusion license. A warning is shown in the scan results if you select these on a free license.
Can I use ExportKit Pro on multiple computers?
Yes. Your license key can be activated on any machine you own. Install ExportKit Pro and enter your key on each computer.
What happens after the 1 year of updates?
Your license stays valid and ExportKit Pro continues to work. You only need to renew if you want updates for new Fusion versions released after your first year. Renewal is available at a reduced rate.
What is the difference between Individual and Business?
Individual is for personal, freelance, or non-commercial use. Business is for commercial use within a company or organization. If using ExportKit Pro as part of paid client work or a company workflow, the Business license applies.
